Why Workforce Development Matters

OWINN brings best practices to Nevada and uses data to inform and drive policy decisions that are evidence-based. We manage a $26.5 million investment in competitive grant dollars to increase access and reduce barriers for Nevadans looking to enter or reenter the labor force through training and educational programming. We do this while building and nurturing community collaborative partnerships to deliver effective and impactful change.
