Why Workforce Development Matters
OWINN brings best practices to Nevada and uses data to inform and drive policy decisions that are evidence-based. We manage a $26.5 million investment in competitive grant dollars to increase access and reduce barriers for Nevadans looking to enter or reenter the labor force through training and educational programming.
